Last time I was at Costco wholesale, a new salad dressing grabbed my eyes. I love Tahini and sesame seed so I was sure I would definitely like it. I tried it once and now I can say it would go with any type of salads.

I decided to make avocado toast with poached egg and salad. I used mixed green leaves with kale for the salad, bagel for bread and a poached egg to add protein to my dish.
